[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Clean

Almost done... I need to fix the end poses and inbetween the tiger... and then scan/color/composite... so slow...

This one is just the character. As you can see, the ending is a bit iffy =_= I need to have that 'bomp bomp bomp' with the body and the club.

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Current Color Problem

Flipbook decided not to accept my colored frames in the last minute. This is how it looked like. I was about to commit suicide.
I like my colored frames! I need my colored frames back!!! ;_______;

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Clean Keys with little In-betweens / Clean FX

I just got an email from the school saying that I can't use the lab until the school starts. I'm like @!^$(#*^$)(*&*$##^$$#((#@&^&*#*&@()^#!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How are the 3rd years suppose to work on their coop portfolio and demo reel if the lab is down?!!?

I sent an angry email to the tech guys and hopefully they will listen but until then I'm like 'ha...ha...ha... I'm doomed... I was planning to finish my Action Analysis during winter... OTL

Anyhow, here is where I am right now. Keys cleaned with little inbetweens. A little jitter here and there.

And clean FX

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Final Layout Painting

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Animation Rough

1st round of rough animation. I don't like the hit action. And I also thought my dokebi didn't have a strong character

2nd round. I've done only half due to my stupid perfectionism... and I haven't been animating for a very long time so my hands are very VERY rusty =_=

I added some action in the beginning and I think it's a bit better than the 1st round.

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Leica (OLD)

The previous version of the Action Analysis. I changed the beginning in the newer version to make the characters more active :)

My drawings changed alot from old version to the new one. It's strange.... this change was made in just what, less than a month? Weeeeeeeird...

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Concept Arts

This is the general colour and tone that I want to go with for my Action Analysis. It takes place inside a forest with old, jagged pine trees and bamboos. Generally green-blue-ish. But I still want to explore different colours...
Colour test for my tiger :S

Colour test for my dokebi character :S I don't want him to have the general skin colour.

Generally speaking, Dokebis are human-like creatures that have red flesh, lots of hair on their body and two horns on their messy hair. They are tall and strong but they also love to eat, drink and be lazy. They are known to be nasty tricksters that love to pull jokes out from everyone, even from the king. They also love to wrestle.

I'm still working on character colors...

[3rd Year] Action Analysis - Rough Character

My action analysis is a 30 second story with 5 second rendered animation in the middle.
My story kind of got drifted from the original one that I thought of since I needed to satisfy the assignment requirements. It's now a bit... cruel in some sense. The story is about two dokebis playing around with their magic clubs, hitting and transforming things. They're going to hit a rabbit in one point and is going to turn into a tiger. The tiger shoots the dokebi away with its roar.
I'll probably go through colour test on these guys soon :)
